Manage your subscription, cancel anytime, and remove Harbor Privacy from your devices if needed.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel anytime from the customer portal. DNS access stops automatically within minutes of cancellation. Your devices will still have Harbor Privacy configured — follow the steps below to remove it.

iPhone / iPad

Open SettingsGo to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management

Find the profileTap on "Harbor Privacy DNS" in the list

Remove itTap "Remove Profile" and confirm. Your phone reverts to your carrier's default DNS.

Android / Pixel

Open SettingsGo to Settings → Network & Internet → Private DNS

Turn it offSelect "Off" or "Automatic" to remove the Harbor Privacy DNS setting

Xfinity Router

Log into your routerOpen a browser and go to 10.0.0.1. Log in with the credentials on your router sticker.

Go to DNS SettingsNavigate to Advanced → DNS Settings

Restore default DNSDelete the Harbor Privacy entry and set DNS back to Automatic. Save and reboot.

Other Routers

Log into your router admin panelUsually at 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1. Check the sticker on your router for credentials.

Find DNS settingsUsually under WAN, Internet, or Advanced settings.

Restore default DNSDelete the Harbor Privacy entry and set DNS to Automatic. Save and reboot.
