Installed device data: The Raspberry Pi device installed on your network processes DNS queries locally. We do not collect, transmit, or store your DNS query logs. All query data stays on the device in your home.
Remote access: We may access your device remotely via Tailscale for support purposes only, and only with your knowledge and consent. We do not access your device without prior communication.
Customer records: We maintain basic customer records including name, phone number, address, and network configuration details. This information is stored in a private, encrypted GitHub repository and is used only for service delivery and support.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your DNS queries are processed by the device installed in your home. They are not transmitted to us or any third party. The device may use a cloud backup DNS server (hosted on Oracle Cloud) in the event your primary device goes offline — this server processes queries temporarily during outages and does not log or store query data.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at info@harborprivacy.com. We will respond within 30 days.
